Environmentally Friendly at Lane Chiropractic and Rehabilitation

Lane Chiropractic and Rehabilitation is a completely paperless office.  We are making every effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible.  One of the ways that we are accomplishing this is through Medicfusion. 

Medicfusion is a completely paperless and patient-friendly system. This system is designed to allow patients to complete all files or just review their treatment history and progress. This can all be done on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in the convenience of you own home or office. 

All of your personal information is protected by the same security as on-line banking. The only things you need to take advantage of this system is access to the internet (we recommend using Firefox as your web browser) and an e-mail account. If you don't have an e-mail account, we can set one up for you, for free. If you don't have Firefox, you can download it, for free. 

We suggust you use FireFox to access our paperless office section for best performance and display of this system.

If you do not wish to use the Medicfusion system, for any reason, that is OK!
You can still do it the old fashion way, by calling us and scheduling your appointments over the phone.
